Privacy Policy

What data we collect

We collect minimal data to operate the service:

• IP address (used for approximate location detection to show relevant departure airports — not stored beyond your session)
• Session data (your chosen departure city, stored in your browser's sessionStorage — never sent to our servers)
• Standard server logs (access logs generated automatically by our hosting provider, Vercel — these include IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, retained for up to 30 days for security purposes)

We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics beyond server logs.

Third-party services

When you click "Search deals," you are redirected to Aviasales (aviasales.com), operated by Travelpayouts. Aviasales has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data once you arrive on their site. We recommend reviewing it before completing a booking.

We use the Travelpayouts/Aviasales affiliate API to retrieve indicative flight prices. This API call is made server-side (your browser contacts our own proxy, not Aviasales directly) and does not expose your personal data to Aviasales until you choose to click through.

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure processes requests and may retain server logs in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies — specifically, your chosen departure city (stored in sessionStorage, cleared when you close your browser tab). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. See our Cookies page for full details.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Since we store no personal data beyond transient server logs, there is typically nothing to access or delete. For any privacy enquiries, contact us at support@flyroz.com (replace with real email).

Changes to this policy

We will update the "Last updated" date above if this policy changes materially. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
