What is Flyroz?

Flyroz is a free flight search referral service. Enter your trip details, then choose Aviasales or Kiwi.com to compare that partner’s current itineraries and prices. We never handle the booking or payment ourselves.

Is Flyroz free to use?

Yes, completely free. We may earn an affiliate commission when you book after following one of our Aviasales or Kiwi.com links. The commission is paid through the partner relationship and is not added as a Flyroz booking fee.

Do you sell flights directly?

No. We are a search and referral service only. Bookings are completed through Aviasales, Kiwi.com, an airline, or another booking provider shown by the selected partner. Your purchase contract is never with Flyroz.

Why does the price change when I continue to a partner?

Prices shown on Flyroz are indicative route-level fares sourced from cached Aviasales data. Current prices on Aviasales or Kiwi.com may differ because availability and demand change frequently. The partner confirms the bookable price before purchase.

Are the prices shown in real time?

The homepage may show an indicative cached route-level fare when Aviasales provides one. Flyroz does not show invented itinerary prices on its search handoff page. Aviasales and Kiwi.com each confirm their own current flight options and bookable prices.

Why do I see "from $X" rather than an exact fare?

An indicative "from" price is cached Aviasales route-level data, not a quote for the dates you entered. Your actual fare depends on dates, cabin, availability, and fare conditions, and is confirmed by the partner you choose.

I booked after using Flyroz — who do I contact for help?

Contact the company named in your booking confirmation—this may be Kiwi.com, an airline, or another booking provider reached through Aviasales. Flyroz has no access to booking records and cannot assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, or baggage.

My flight was cancelled — what do I do?

Contact the airline or booking provider named in your confirmation for cancellations, rebooking, and refunds. If you booked through Kiwi.com, use Kiwi.com support. Flyroz is not involved in the booking or travel itself.

Can I book directly on Flyroz?

No—Flyroz does not process bookings or payments. The results handoff lets you continue to Aviasales or Kiwi.com, where current availability is searched and any booking is completed.

Why do I need to confirm travelers or cabin again on Kiwi.com?

Kiwi’s documented affiliate deep link accepts the route and travel dates but not Flyroz’s traveler composition or cabin selection. We transfer only the supported details and clearly ask you to confirm the remaining choices on Kiwi.com.

Why does the homepage show flights from a city I'm not in?

Flyroz uses IP-based location detection to show flights from your nearest major airport. This is approximate and may not always be correct — especially if you're using a VPN or a shared/corporate network. You can change your departure city at any time using the "Change city" option below the Popular Flights section.

The price on my screen looks different to what I saw earlier.

Flight prices change frequently. A homepage figure is cached Aviasales route-level data, while Aviasales and Kiwi.com return their own current searches. Prices are not fixed or guaranteed until you complete a booking with the selected provider.

I found incorrect information on a route page — how do I report it?

Please contact us at support@flyroz.com and include the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. We review and fact-check our route content and will update it if needed.
