What is Flyroz?

Flyroz is a free flight price comparison service. We pull live fares from Aviasales and show you indicative prices for popular routes. When you find a fare you like, we send you directly to Aviasales to complete your booking. We never handle the booking or payment ourselves.

Is Flyroz free to use?

Yes, completely free. We earn a small affiliate commission from Aviasales when you book through our links. This commission is paid by Aviasales, not added to your ticket price — you pay exactly the same price as if you'd gone to Aviasales directly.

Do you sell flights directly?

No. We are a comparison and referral service only. All bookings are completed on Aviasales' platform. Your contract for any flight purchase is with the airline, not with Flyroz.

Why does the price change when I click through to Aviasales?

Prices shown on Flyroz are indicative fares sourced from cached Aviasales data. Flight prices update frequently — sometimes by the minute — based on seat availability and demand. The price on Aviasales at the moment you book is the live, current fare and may differ from what was shown on Flyroz. We recommend completing your booking promptly once you find a good price.

Are the prices shown in real time?

The prices on our homepage "Popular flights" section and route pages are live fares pulled directly from Aviasales at the time you load the page. Prices on our search results page are indicative and may not reflect the exact current fare — always check Aviasales for the confirmed live price before booking.

Why do I see "from $X" rather than an exact fare?

Flight prices vary significantly by date, cabin class, and how far in advance you book. The fares we show represent the cheapest currently available fare for a route — your actual fare will depend on your specific travel dates and preferences.

I booked a flight through Aviasales — who do I contact for help?

For anything related to your booking — changes, cancellations, refunds, or baggage — contact Aviasales directly at aviasales.com or the airline you booked with. Flyroz has no access to booking records and cannot assist with post-booking issues.

My flight was cancelled — what do I do?

Contact the airline directly for cancellations, rebooking, and refunds. If you booked via Aviasales, their customer support can also help. Flyroz is a price comparison service and is not involved in the booking or travel itself.

Can I book directly on Flyroz?

No — Flyroz does not process bookings or payments. Clicking "Search deals" takes you to Aviasales where you can search live availability and complete your booking securely.

Why does the homepage show flights from a city I'm not in?

Flyroz uses IP-based location detection to show flights from your nearest major airport. This is approximate and may not always be correct — especially if you're using a VPN or a shared/corporate network. You can change your departure city at any time using the "Change city" option below the Popular Flights section.

The price on my screen looks different to what I saw earlier.

Flight prices change frequently. If a price looks different from what you saw in a previous visit, it's because the live Aviasales data has updated. Prices are not fixed or guaranteed until you complete a booking on Aviasales.

I found incorrect information on a route page — how do I report it?

Please contact us at support@flyroz.com and include the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. We review and fact-check our route content and will update it if needed.
